This TS-10 Tube Screamer Classic, famous for being used by John Mayer and Stevie Raybourn, was made in 1986 and has a serial number starting with "1". The op amp is JRC4558D with glossy finish.

There are some paint chips, scratches, and distortion on the top panel, but it is in good condition for its age.
