4 channel strips - Starsound Dynamix 3000 1980’s
4 channel strips plus power supply from a Dynamix 3000 console by Starsound. Same console as was used to record songs such as Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of These) by Eurythmics and Beck’s Mellow Gold album. Input transformers are same as used by Neve. Strips are less than 19” wide so perfect for racking.
All working to my knowledge, but haven’t had a chance to test it and rack it as originally hoped so I am selling it as is. Will of course require some know-how to get it up and running.
Each channel has line and mic input, 4 band EQ, and blendable insert with input and output controls (great for wet/dry mix of a compressor etc). Would make a killer 4 channel mic pre with EQ or could even make two separate stereo master bus processors to get that transformer saturation and analog EQ colour.
